Summary
Director of Commissioning needed in Manchester
The rate is £800 per day PAYE

The successful candidate will lead and support the commissioning team, assessing capacity and capability. Make proposals for future model and approach.
They will lead commissioning across the whole cycle; including needs assessment, evidence, service re-design, and specification, procurement and quality assurance. Establish and maintain common systems, processes and performance management for commissioning and managing and reporting on commissioning budgets; seeking maximum value in terms of financial efficiency, outcomes, experience and social value.
