Your New Role
- Own financial accounting, controls, and reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Manage audits, tax compliance (UK & US), and payroll
- Support M&A and fundraising initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- 5+ years in financial leadership
- UK GAAP expertise
- Strong Excel and accounting systems skills
- Experience with UK/US compliance
