Some main responsibilities include: To co-ordinate and supervise the delivery of specialist care to patients with urgent ENT/OMFS conditions; To co-ordinate the daily running of the clinic, actively using problem-solving skills; To work at an enhanced clinical level as a specialist nurse; To provide clinical leadership and act as a role model in clinic; To undertake effective teamwork and delegate as required; To promote quality of care by undertaking audits, participating in service improvement projects and engaging with patient feedback.
