Summary
We’re looking for compassionate, proactive, and resilient people to join our dedicated team of Recovery Support Workers. You’ll work alongside individuals experiencing mental ill health, helping them build confidence, develop skills, and achieve their personal goals.
What you’ll do:
Provide practical and emotional support tailored to each person’s needs.
Promote independence, wellbeing, and recovery-focused thinking.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and community services.
Encourage and empower people to reconnect with their passions and potential.
What we’re looking for:
A caring nature and genuine passion for supporting others.
Good communication and listening skills.
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different situations.
Previous experience in mental health or social care is welcomed – but what matters most is your empathy, motivation, and willingness to learn.
