Summary
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between data, technology, and business strategy. This role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to data analytics, process optimisation, and solution delivery. You will work directly with leadership teams to drive transformation initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and ensure solutions align with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical and functional requirements.
Perform deep-dive SQL queries and analysis to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making.
Implement process automation using VBA, reducing manual work and increasing data accuracy.
Create detailed process maps and workflow diagrams in Visio to visualise and refine business operations.
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and standards.
Contribute to database architecture design, ensuring scalability, security, and integrity.
Apply SDLC best practices to guide solution development from concept to deployment.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and VBA.
Strong understanding of database design principles.
Expertise in process mapping and documentation using Visio.
Solid grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
