About The Role:
Navv Associates Ltd are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Consultants and Career Advisor to join our team. As a Business analyst/Consultants and Career Advisor, you will play a key role in attracting new B2B and B2C clients while maintaining a good contact with the existing clients. The main aim of all our business consulting engagements is to help clients in digital transformation, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making to achieve their stated goals. This transition often involves change in all three core business consulting areas such as, people, business processes and enabling technology. You will utilize your sales and communication skills to engage with potential, businesses, clients, and guide them through the entire process, and facilitate their transition to becoming enrolled students while providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
• Lead analysis in areas where the consultant has experience, lead small workshops and interviews to capture information from key stakeholders.
• Be familiar business consulting approaches/ techniques and be able to choose those that are suitable for a particular engagement. Plan and define the delivery of a business consulting project according to client’s requirements.
• Engage with difficult stakeholder groups to identify issues and resolutions.
• Coach and deliver training courses for more junior staff, and members of the client team to make informed decisions.
• Studying new and potential trends within an industry and understanding of the UK's Further and Higher Education sectors to Keep up to date with training requirements and routes.

Requirements:
• Experience in Business Management Consultancy, Educational Consultancy and Career Advisor is advantages. Training will be provided.
• Strong Business analysis and IT skills are essential.
• Creative and innovative approach to problem solving and sustainable Business development.
Qualifications:
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in business or IT, meeting the RQF Level 6 requirements. All the job applicants will be required to have B2 level of English.
• Business, and IT related qualifications are required.
• Will be required to perform other duties as advised.
