Role: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Fully remote with occasional travel to site

Salary & Package £55,000 - £65,000 plus benefits (DOE)

Quantity Surveyor requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying is desirable
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in Quantity Surveying role within the construction industry working for developers or main contractors
  • Ideally have worked on Industrial, logistics, retail or commercial projects
  • Strong commercial skills to maximise value recovery, cost control and cash management
  • Able to prepare and understand financial reports and utilise COINS
  • Client driven with strong decision making and communication skills
