Team Leader - Motor Claims
Bolton | £31,500–£36,000 | Mon–Fri, 9–5
Lead and inspire a skilled motor recovery claims team. We’re seeking an experienced leader with a technical background in non-fault motor claims to drive performance, support development, and ensure exceptional service.
The Role
Manage a team from First Notification to Final Settlement
Handle escalations, complex cases, and complaints
Coach, train, and mentor staff
Monitor KPIs and improve processes
Ensure FCA compliance and service excellence
You’ll Need
Proven motor recovery claims expertise
Leadership/supervisory experience
CII Certificate in Insurance (Dip CII a plus)
Strong communication & organisational skills
