Summary
- Support and manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of BCA projects, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. - Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring clear milestones, deliverables, and risk management strategies are in place. - Engage with key stakeholders, including BCA members, healthcare providers, and external partners, to ensure collaborative project delivery. - Assist in the development of business cases and funding proposals for new initiatives. - Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to the BCA Board and other relevant committees. - Coordinate and oversee project governance, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Work closely with the operational teams to transition project outcomes into sustainable, long-term services. - Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, minutes, and action logs. - Support procurement and supplier management activities related to projects. - Facilitate project-related meetings, workshops, and presentations. - Promote best practices in project management, ensuring continuous improvement in processes and delivery.
