Summary

As a Performance Officer, reporting to the Performance Analyst, you contribute to the performance reporting of the CPS by gathering, collating and presenting high quality performance data from a variety of sources including PowerBI, Excel, Office365 and SAP Business Objects.

You collect, maintain and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision making. You support Performance Analyst and Senior Performance Analyst colleagues from within Operational Performance Reporting and Analysis in analysing performance data to identify trends and patterns and recommend actions to address performance issues across CPS as a whole.
