Summary

We are looking for a person with a deep passion for teaching, learning and assessment and who is highly skilled in implementing curriculum strategies for young people and adults across a dynamic organization.



The role requires substantial experience of teaching and learning in a further or higher education setting coupled with knowledge of key curriculum issues, government strategy and policy changes impacting the sector.



The successful candidate will have a proven track record in curriculum management and development at senior level.



As well as the relevant experience, we are looking for someone who is able to provide strong leadership and management working collaboratively with internal and external key stakeholders.



You will need to be flexible in your approach and willing to maintain an up-to-date understanding of developments within the educational sector and industries pertinent to the College’s curriculum, students, and locality.



Ideally you will be educated to degree level, hold a teaching qualification and be able to demonstrate continued personal development.



This is a full-time post covering all College campuses.
