About the role:
As a key member of our front-of-house team, you’ll deliver outstanding customer service and help create a welcoming, efficient, and professional environment for all guests and staff. You’ll work closely with the Hospitality Manager, the Hospitality Chef, and a talented group of chefs and managers to ensure smooth service every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing friendly, professional service across food and beverage outlets
- Supporting hospitality and catering events
- Ensuring cleanliness, presentation, and organisation of service areas
- Collaborating with the kitchen and service teams to maintain a high standard of delivery
- Taking initiative to manage time effectively during busy shifts


What we’re looking for:

- Reliable, self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Experience in hospitality or retail is desirable, but not essential
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment
