We’re on the hunt for a Hospitality Chef to take the reins of a small but fast-paced kitchen in Bournemouth. This is your chance to craft high-quality dishes, lead a team, and shape menus that impress – all while enjoying a healthy work-life balance.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing all aspects of kitchen operations – from daily prep to menu planning
- Producing a variety of fresh, exciting food – sandwiches, salads, buffets, and VIP plated lunches
- Leading and mentoring junior chefs to maintain high standards
- Carrying out stocktakes and maintaining food safety compliance
- Collaborating with the wider team to enhance the food offer and guest experience
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in high-end dining and high-volume, fresh food production
- Strong menu planning and organisational skills
- Confidence in using kitchen-related ICT tools
- Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- A team mindset with clear communication skills
