Summary

Support the ongoing optimisation and configuration of the Trusts Epic system across multiple key applications. Work on integrated workflows, ensuring joined-up processes across departments. Lead on documentation and analysis of complex clinical and administrative workflows. Provide line management and supervision to Configuration Analysts within the team. Act as a subject matter expert, investigating issues, resolving queries, and engaging with end users to ensure the system is aligned to operational needs and best practice. Support the design and delivery of end-user training and offer on-call support when required. Gain additional Epic certifications where appropriate, supported by the Trust. Ensure configuration meets legal, clinical safety and regulatory standards while delivering measurable benefits to users and patients.
