£32,356 - £32,611 pro rata / £16.77 - £16.90 per hour (including shift allowance and Distant Islands Allowance)

A Centre Co-ordinator is required to support the Senior Duty Officer in maintaining high operational standards at the KGS Sports Centre.

You will be responsible for carrying out administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the booking system, effective preparation of the facilities, and preparation of staff rotas, so an eye for detail is essential. You will have excellent customer care skills, with experience of working with the public and an awareness of Health and Safety. You will be able to work both as part of a team and on your own intuitive.

Some evening and weekend working is required.

You should hold an SVQ level 2, or other qualification at SCQF level 5, in a relevant subject or, where the qualification is not held, you should have a minimum of 2 years previous relevant experience. An HSE First Aid Certificate would be an advantage.
