Summary

Lettings Associate – Build-to-Rent (BTR)

Office-based in Stockport with travel across the North West
£24,000 – £26,000 DOE + Commission
Core hours: 10am–4pm | 24 days holiday + bank holidays

One Property Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a fast-growing BTR leasing agency that’s transforming how developments are leased across the UK. In just 12 months, they’ve expanded to a team of 11, launched successful lease-ups in multiple cities, and are on track to secure Series A investment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, proactive Lettings Associate to join a people-first team and help match renters with their perfect homes across the North West.

Your Role

Start the conversation – Engage with prospective tenants via phone, email, and in person, delivering a friendly and knowledgeable first impression.
Lead the tour – Showcase stunning developments with energy and care, helping renters envision their next home.
Keep listings fresh – Update property details across portals (Rightmove, OnTheMarket) and CRM systems (Street).
Simplify the move – Manage tenancy applications from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.
Follow up, every time – Stay responsive and ensure no lead is left behind.
What You’ll Bring

Experience in lettings, estate agency, or customer service (BTR experience is a bonus).
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and staying on top of them.
Confident communicator, both on the phone and face-to-face.
A collaborative team player with a proactive, target-driven mindset.
Familiarity with CRMs (Street), property portals, and Microsoft Office.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
