Sales Executive – Build-to-Rent (BTR)
Office-based in Stockport with flexible working hours
£30,000 base salary | OTE £55,000
Core hours: 10am–4pm | 24 days holiday + bank holidays

With successful launches in Manchester, Birmingham, Sheffield, Cardiff, and Glasgow, and £1m investment on the horizon, this is a prime opportunity to join a business at the heart of innovation and growth.
We’re seeking a confident, commercially sharp Sales Executive to drive new business across the BTR sector. You’ll be building trusted partnerships with developers, operators, and agencies, positioning our client as the go-to strategic partner for smarter, faster lease-ups.
Your Role
Lead the Opportunity – Use Monday CRM to identify and qualify new BTR leads via social platforms, events, and market research.
Be the First Touchpoint – Handle inbound and outbound leads with confidence, clearly communicating the value of our PropTech-powered leasing service.
Pitch and Close – Own the sales process from first contact to signed contract, using insight and influence to secure new business across key UK cities.
Build Relationships That Last – Deliver standout service beyond the sale, turning new clients into long-term partners.
Collaborate to Deliver – Work closely with Marketing and Projects teams to ensure a smooth client journey.
Stay Pipeline-Ready – Keep CRM data clean, track progress, and share insights that help shape how we scale.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in outbound sales within property or SaaS business development.
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
Comfortable using CRMs (we use Monday) and digital tools.
Proactive mindset with a drive to close deals and exceed targets.
Collaborative and solution-led approach.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Genuine interest in property, BTR, or PropTech (we’ll teach the rest).
Right to work in the UK.
