Summary
HR Advisor (Hybrid) needed in Bournemouth, £18.35ph PAYE - Reference:5273842
This post is for 30 hours per week, to be worked flexibly in agreement with the manager and service demands. This could be worked every day over the week or over 4 days.
Working hybrid, office space is available at all times is required. Requirement for office based working on some days, based on needs of business.
- The team is a corporate workforce development team of 6, within People and Culture Services. The role will be working closely with a Senior Talent Advisor in the team. The role is to design, deliver and evaluate learning interventions, primarily related to management development, as we are currently working towards a new modular approach to management development. Each module needs to have learning designed, e.g. face to face/webinar, intranet guiance, toolkits, e-learning, blended learning, podcasts etc
- There will be other learning interventions required also, which could be in relation to any other workforce development projects as well as wellbeing related.
- The candidate will need to support the management of a central inbox, and deal with L&D queries.
- Writing guidance for the intranet and related comms
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
