Key Stage 1 Teacher Needed – September Start – St. Helens

Your Role:
Plan and deliver fun, creative, and engaging lessons suitable for children aged 5–7
Support the early stages of learning, including phonics, early reading, and number skills
Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom where every child feels valued
Use positive behaviour strategies to help children learn and grow
Observe and assess progress, helping children achieve their full potential
Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and other staff to support pupils’ development
What We Require:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Recent teaching experience within Key Stage 1
Enhanced DBS check on the online update service
Ability to provide two professional references
