We have a great opportunity for a Construction Manager working with a major fit-out contractor in the city of London
About the role of Construction Manager
We are looking for a construction manager with a strong fit out and keen eye for detail to work on project from £200k - £2m for a leading fit out contractor as part of their aftercare division. The projects are not typical day 2 works but more so re-fits to existing buildings the contractor has already worked on ranging from strip out to Cat A spec and full Cat B remodelling of existing floors.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a recently established business unit of a larger fit out contractor, planning to deliver 45 projects over the course of the next year.
Requirements for the Construction Manager
- Have commercial refurb / fit out experience
- Longevity in roles with some of the contractors in the industry
- Have experience in delivering commercial fit outs
- Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building
- Understanding of programs and ability to handle minutes efficiently
- Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects
- Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
- SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS is required.
