Summary

Hillcroft Primary School is excited to be expanding our Nursery provision and we are looking for two caring, enthusiastic, and committed Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our growing Early Years team. The role involves planning and delivering engaging play-based learning, observing and assessing children’s progress, supporting routines, and building strong partnerships with families. You’ll work closely with colleagues and external professionals to ensure every child has the best start in their early education.What we are looking forFull and relevant Level 3 or above childcare qualificationGCSE Grade C or above in Maths and EnglishStrong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)Good knowledge of child development and safeguarding proceduresAwareness of health and safety practices in a nursery settingExcellent communication skillsAbout Hillcroft Primary School & Nursery, part of the Chalklands Cluster
Our School sits within an established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Hillcroft Primary School & Nursery, our cluster includes the following other schools; Chestnut Park Primary School, Whyteleafe Primary School, Warlingham Village Primary School and Marden Lodge Primary School.
