Due to maternity leave, an opportunity has arisen to join the ICT CCR team on a Fixed Term Contract until 26 August 2026. As an ICT CCR Officer, you will be part of a hardworking, small but busy team supporting all departments across the Council.

You will help to provide a high-quality Configuration, Change and Release service within the ICT Operations department ensuring all management processes are adhered to and support the delivery of robust, reliable and cost-effective ICT, which meets customer needs and expectations, as agreed in all corporate Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).

Your work will be varied and includes, but is not limited to, the support and administration of CCR processes, contract management, purchasing, stock control, asset management, triage of customer requests and escalation of complex issues to provide a timely resolution.
