Are you passionate about making maths accessible and engaging for all learners? Do you have the skills and enthusiasm to teach GCSE and Functional Skills maths to a diverse group of students? We want you to join our dedicated team as a Variable Hours Lecturer in Maths!

What You'll Do:
• Deliver dynamic and inclusive lessons in GCSE and Functional Skills mathematics
• Support learners at all levels, helping them build essential skills for work and further study
• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons, assessments, and feedback to ensure student success
• Provide personalised support to help learners overcome challenges and reach their full potential
• Contribute to the development and improvement of teaching strategies and resources

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience teaching GCSE and/or Functional Skills mathematics
• A strong understanding of curriculum requirements and assessment methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students succeed
• A positive and flexible approach to meeting the needs of diverse learners
