Summary

CIS Security are hiring for a Supervisor who will be responsible for delivering a smooth and efficient running of the Security Service. The building will also feature 20,000 sq. ft of outdoor terrace amenities, including urban greenery, biodiversity, and ample outdoor space on upper floors. The reception area on Basinghall Street will be expanded and a new entrance will be added on Coleman Street, along with a "pocket park" and additional retail amenities. As an ambassador of CIS Security, you will represent both our brand and our customer, delivering a professional, customer-focused security service. The building will be run by sophisticated technology with a very collaborative service team.Information:Position: Security SupervisorLocation: London (EC2V)Pay Rate: £16.00 per hourHours: Average 42 hours per weekShifts: 4 On 4 Off - Days & Nights Job Requirements:SIA Door Supervisor License requiredExperience as a Team Leader/Supervisor is required of at least 1 yearExperience of working in a demanding, and sometimes high-pressure sitesHave a clear understanding and demonstrate outstanding customer service skillsSelf-motivated & able to work on own initiative, team player, dedicated, reliable and trustworthy, articulate, persuasive & assertive with a flexible with attention to detailExcellent written communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressurePhysically able to carry out dutiesExcellent PC skills with knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPointExcellent understanding of the prevailing industry standardsFirst Aid qualification, CCTV, Banksman, Fire Marshal & IOSH is a bonus.Key Responsibilities:To be responsible for the deployment of the security team to ensure that a satisfactory security presence is maintained on site at all times as required by the Customer Representative(s)To ensure that all security personnel adhere to their duties and policies and proceduresMust have the ability to communicate at all levelsWill be responsible to record all incidents/issues which concern their areas of responsibilityWill have the ability to perform investigations to the highest standard and be highly competent on reporting their findingsWill be responsible for the standards and training of staffDeliver and encourage outstanding customer service deliveryTo respond to all incidents, taking ownership of the situation through to its natural conclusion to both customer and management satisfactionEmpower the estate team to report defects and difference in the environmentCarry out any other reasonable request as required by the Customer/Site ManagementReport & liaise on a daily basis with the Managers to ensure effective communication of all matters pertaining to the delivery of a high standard professional security serviceBuild and foster good relationships with retailers within your area of responsibilityEnsure that all equipment is managed, used, monitored, and reported defective in accordance with policies and proceduresMaintain a good level of morale / discipline within the team taking into consideration their welfareSet high personal standards for others to follow.Benefits:Health care plan (HSF)Perk Box (HSF) - discounts & offers from cinema tickets to days outCycle to work schemeTailored Site UniformFirst class training allowing you to develop your skillsA view for career developmentLong service & Employee Recognition awardsAnd much more!!A globally recognised Security Solutions Specialist delivering service excellence, to our Customers, Colleagues, and Communities.
