Summary

We're looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our Oldham Schools team based in Oldham.



Location: Oldham, Greater Manchester

Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday



What will you be responsible for?As a Facilities Coordinator, you'll be working within the Oldham Schools team, supporting them in delivering effective facilities management across multiple school sites.

Your day to day will include:

-Coordinating and scheduling FM works including planned maintenance, remedials, and reactive activities

-Monitoring statutory compliance and ensuring documentation is up to date for audit purposes

-Liaising with subcontractors and engineering teams to resolve operational issues

-Supporting financial processes including invoicing, budgeting, and reporting

-Conducting site inspections and ensuring health & safety documentation is maintained



What are we looking for?This role of Facilities Coordinator is great for you if:

-You have a broad understanding of Project Management, Technical Compliance, and Facilities Management

-You're experienced in using CAFM systems and managing FM operations in a PFI environment

-You have strong IT, organisational, and communication skills, and can work under pressure
