Summary
Management Accountant (3-Month Contract)
Location: Garforth
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Search are recruiting for an experienced and qualified Management Accountant to join a well established business on a short-term project. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in driving improvements across financial operations.
This will be a full time position for a 3 month contract for an immediate start; salary paying up to £60,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and commentary
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Assist with cost control and financial planning initiatives
- Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial insights
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA or CIMA).
- Strong experience in management accounting and project-based financial work.
- Excellent understanding of intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and internal controls.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work full-time on-site in Garforth for the full duration of the contract.
