Summary
See job description Based at Queen Marys Hospital (Sidcup) but will be timetabled to work at Queen Elizabeth Hospital ( Greenwich) and Guys & St. Thomas' hospital sites To triage referral and work within in the NICE guidelines. To assess and treat the high risk case load with advanced wound management methods To build a working network with all community services to benefit patients. Maintain the education element and referral pathways for GPs, District Nurses, Urgent Care team Teaching and managing junior staff Data collection and reporting The service will work across borders within South East London in a collaborative approach to reduce the variation in outcomes, allowing the prompt repatriation of patients and the provision of specialist care closer to home. Initially the service will operate 5 days a week, but in time will move to working 6 days a week.
