Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Machine Operator to join a busy and growing manufacturing company in Redditch. This role involves setting up, running, and monitoring production machinery to ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery

  
  

• Setting up machines according to job specifications

  
  

• Carrying out basic maintenance and quality checks

  
  

• Troubleshooting and resolving minor machine faults

  
  

• Keeping work areas clean and following health & safety procedures

  
  

• Accurately recording production data

  
  

  Requirements:

  • Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment is essential

    
    

  • Good mechanical understanding and problem-solving skills

    
    

  • Able to follow instructions and work with attention to detail

    
    

  • Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods

    
    

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
