Have you got strong organisational skills and attend to detail? If so, this could be the job for you as we are looking for a Senior Business Support Officer to join our Business Support department. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high quality administrative and performance management support to contribute towards providing key public services such as Legal, Waste, Parks and Green Spaces.

The Senior Business Support Officer post is a key role and will provide support in an accurate and timely manner, reporting and validating performance data across directorates. The role will help implement and monitor the Directorate's Business Plan and Performance Management Framework, maintaining risk and performance management systems, including the reporting on customer satisfaction and legal file reviews.

As an experienced administrator, you will be assisting various processes for key services such as Waste and Parks, and monitoring compliance with GDPR and document retention policies.

This is a varied role and offers you the opportunity to be part of a supportive team, working in a dynamic environment with meaningful impact across key community services.

The council's Hybrid Working Policy applies to this post. This provides a framework for establishing how you will undertake working hours between your home and the office.
