Summary
The Data Governance Office (DGO) is a critical functional authority within the Army, providing the technical expertise that is required to design, deliver, and embed a data management and governance capability across the organisation.
As the Data Governance & Assurance Higher Executive Officer (HEO), you will be required to:
Assist with the definition and implementation of data management principles, polices, processes and procedures
Define data governance roles and responsibilities
Cohere the Army 1* Data Governance Board and Army Data Domain Governance Boards
Maintain a central log to track and monitor data issues
Be responsible for the maintenance of a matrix of Army Data Owners, Data Stewards and Data Custodians
Work closely with those accountable and responsible for data to ensure they understand data sharing and security implications
