Summary

We're currently looking for a Technician to join our Transportation team based in Birmingham. In this role you will work as part of a team managing all highway asset information on the Birmingham Highways Interim Services Contract. This position is being offered on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

Location: Birmingham - travel to the office require, with some remote working availableContract: Fixed Term 12 months, Full-time 40 hours per weekSalary: £27,500 per year + benefits



What will you be responsible for?

As a Technician, you will be responsible for capturing, managing and analysing highways asset data in our Confirm system.

Your typical day will involve:

-Ensuring that all data collected in an accurate and timely fashion

-Work with other members of the Asset Management Team collaboratively to deliver projects to programme and to meet client requirements

-Monitor and report progress on tasks at weekly meetings

-Ensure performance targets, goals and objectives are achieved



What are we looking for?

This role of Technician is great if you have:

-Experience in Asset Management systems

-Experience in digitisation, data capture and data editing

-Must have excellent analytical, mapping, and problem-solving skills
