Summary
Neway Recruitment are looking for a Facilities Support Officer to join our client based with Conwy County Borough, LL29 7AZ Temporary role | 37 hours per week | 8-week contract (initially , possible extension)
Conwy County Borough Council is seeking a proactive and dedicated Facilities Support Officer to join the Facilities & Environment team within the Environment, Roads and Facilities Group. This short-term opportunity supports increased demand and ensures smooth daily operations at the Coed Pella Offices.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the Facilities Management service, your duties may include:
Providing day-to-day support across the premises, ensuring building safety and functionality
Conducting routine checks and reporting maintenance issues
Assisting with room setups and office moves
Supporting staff and visitors with general facilities queries
Complying with health and safety procedures at all times
Working Hours & Location
Monday to Friday on a shift basis
Shifts may fall within the bandwidth of 6:30am to 7:30pm
Based at Coed Pella Offices, Colwyn Bay
