On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Services Officer (HR Advisor) to join their UK HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established organisation and support both local and international HR operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering day-to-day HR support across the full employee lifecycle, while also contributing to global HR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational HR support including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Offer advice and guidance on UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Maintain accurate employee data and HR records.
- Participate in the delivery of international HR initiatives in collaboration with global teams.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven HR advisory experience with sound knowledge of UK employment law.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is desirable.
- Experience in an international or multi-site environment is a plus.
