Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, is currently recruiting for a Contract Facilities Manager to manage and lead a PFI-integrated facility across three sites in Humberside.

Job Description

As the Facilities Manager, you will serve as the contract representative to the customer and be responsible for the service team in delivering the contract.

The role is accountable to the Key Account Portfolio Director and will line manage the integrated facility service team (hard and soft FM).

The role will lead on client relationships, delivery of key life cycle projects, and prepare the contract for handback at the end of the contract lifespan.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project handback to MoJ, ensuring all contractual obligations are met
Manage integrated facilities services, including planned/reactive maintenance and soft services
Build strong working relationships with the SPV and lead the on-site contract team
Ensure full compliance with H&S legislation and embed a strong safety culture
Oversee accurate and timely reporting, documentation, and compliance records
Deliver lifecycle and technical projects on time and within budget
Manage contract finances, SLAs, and customer satisfaction professionally and efficiently

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

​Proven Facilities Management experience, ideally on PFI contracts
Strong background in both Hard and Soft FM service delivery
Experience managing technical infrastructure and engineering systems
Confident managing P&L and driving operational strategy
Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance standards
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and performance reporting (KPIs, SLAs)
Commercially minded with strong customer service focus
