Summary
Sunderland City Council are seeking to recruit an Apprentice Customer Service Practitioner to join our busy Parking Services Team.andnbsp;
As part of this apprenticeship you will gain experience in delivering high quality Customer Service while working towards a nationally recognised Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification.andnbsp;
The Main areas of responsibility are to provide a responsive service to customers by assisting the Appeals Officer in the recording, monitoring and producing of correspondence in relation to informal and formal Penalty Charge Notice appeals and associated correspondence in accordance with regulations; Traffic Management Act 2004.
We are looking for someone with a friendly professional manner with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop.andnbsp;
The candidate should have Basic IT skills and a commitment to customer care as well as strong organisational skills and an ability to work effectively within a team and independently.andnbsp;
