Rate: £12.60 per hour
Monday to Friday, office-based (8:00–16:30)
12-month initial contract, with potential for extension
Security Clearance required – start date subject to clearance

Our client is looking for a dedicated Process Assistant to join a busy and fast-paced administrative team in a temporary onsite role in Newport. About the Role
In this hands-on administrative role, you'll be supporting day-to-day operations related to inbound and outbound mail processing, document handling, and data entry tasks using bespoke systems. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure deadlines are met and that all tasks are completed to a high standard. If you enjoy structured tasks, consistency, and working with data and documentation—this could be the perfect fit.
️ Key Responsibilities
- Process work efficiently using internal and third-party systems
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data is up to date
- Prioritise tasks and manage workloads effectively
- Support with manual handling of incoming and outgoing physical mail
- Escalate issues to managers or team leads when needed
- Collaborate with colleagues and assist with ad-hoc admin tasks
- Ensure targets and KPIs are met consistently
What You’ll Bring
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Experience in high-volume administration or operations
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, databases, and custom systems
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities
- Commitment to an entirely onsite role—no home working option
