Summary

Digital & Automation Marketing Manager

Location: Regional Office Worker - Site based in Birmingham & Homeworking

Salary: £50,000

We are looking for a Digital & Automation Marketing Manager to join our team and help shape engaging digital experiences as part of Ingeus digital marketing strategy.

Youll enhance journeys across our digital footprint, including websites, campaigns and automation. Youll be a champion of the digital experience, thinking cross-channel and innovatively to drive the right tools and practices. Youll be a great communicator who loves marketing, have excellent organisational skills to manage multiple activities, and will love using your analytical skills to unpick the data and identify performance improvements.

Were a busy dynamic team who work across all areas of marketing & communication so youll be someone who thrives with project diversity, managing multiple stakeholders, and getting stuck in all areas to support the team.

What youll be doing:

  • Working with our Head of Marketing and wider team to maintain and develop our websites, including content, SEO technical audits and analytics.
  • Designing, executing and optimising email (including Hubspot) and paid campaigns (including Meta, Google) to generate leads/candidates through interest and retention strategies.
  • Managing campaign budgets to ensure effective spend aligned to strategic goals.
  • Analysing campaign performance and tracking metrics to provide timely reporting and ensuring data-driven decisions.
  • Analysing cross-channel journeys to identify opportunities to create workflows that optimise performance and automate and personalise online journeys.
  • Testing ad copy, recommending creative formats and targeting options and create landing pages, including A/B testing strategies.
  • Maintaining and managing our campaign tools and platforms, as well as improving processes, ensuring compliance with Data Protection laws and industry standards.
  • Exploring and testing channels to identify the best opportunities.
  • Keeping up with the latest updates, trends and best practices, and sharing information with colleagues to support the delivery of wider marketing objectives.
  • Ensuring alignment of campaigns with overall marketing initiatives and brand.
  • Analysing cross-channel communication journeys to optimise performance and implement A/B testing strategies to enhance effectiveness.

You will have:

  • A passion and skills for making a commercial impact with creative storytelling and data-driven insights.
  • Extensive experience managing paid campaigns, particularly on Meta and Google but others are desirable too.
  • Extensive experience managing email campaigns.
  • Experience in developing and managing customer lifecycle programs to enhance engagement.
  • HTML/CSS skills and proficiency in SQL for effective email design and personalisation.
  • Knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
  • Analytical skills, with experience using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools to inform decisions.
  • A strong ability to deliver projects on time and achieve results.
  • A comprehensive understanding of relevant marketing legislation and industry best practices.
