We’re looking for an organised and proactive individual to join the UK Facilities Management Solutions (FMS) team in an administrative support role.

This is a great opportunity to play a key part in the smooth running of internal systems and projects while gaining valuable experience within a busy and collaborative environment.

Job Description

In this role, you’ll take ownership of several core support functions, including the management of the FMS project board on Monday.com, handling system licence access, coordinating internal JIRA jeopardy tasks, and producing performance reports.

You’ll report directly to the UK&I FMS Senior Project Manager and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Monday.com project boards, ensuring accuracy and updates across all projects
Support FMS teams with logistical planning and admin during contract mobilisations
Handle user licence management and recharging across FMS systems
Overhaul and take ownership of the FMS IT SharePoint page and its content
Act as the key contact for communications to the wider business
Produce performance reports based on JIRA ticket data for the FMS team
