The New Hospital programme is looking for a Deputy Director of Service Delivery & Operations to drive forward key areas of delivery and operations. As Deputy Director, Service Delivery & Operations, you'll take the lead on:
• Business Case Leadership – Shape and maintain compelling business cases for HMT and wider programme.
• Cross cutting Delivery Integration Oversee enabling workstreams including energy, land, planning, utilities, carbon net zero, social value, and more.
• Continuous Improvement – Embed a culture of learning and collaboration across the Directorate, driving smarter delivery at every level

• Expertise in shaping policy and services
• A sharp mind for data and insight, using evidence to drive smarter decisions.
• Experience in research, innovation, and future-focused development.

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in-person.
Staff recruited from outside the NHS will usually be appointed at the bottom of the pay band.
