Summary
Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - 4+ PQE
Location: Cupar
Type: Full-time and permanent, however part-time applications will also be considered
The team is supportive with a fully staffed back office function of secretarial support staff and paralegal support, ensuring fee earners are able to carry out their work seamlessly with the required support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
- Handle purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title, and new build transactions
- Draft and negotiate missives, conduct title checks, and liaise with Registers of Scotland
- Provide clear and timely legal advice to clients, maintaining excellent client service
- Ensure compliance with AML regulations and Law Society of Scotland standards
- Collaborate with estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions
- Use case management systems to maintain accurate records and deadlines
Requirements:
- 4 years PQE in residential conveyancing within Scotland
- Strong knowledge of Scottish property law and conveyancing procedures
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently and independently
- Proficiency in digital conveyancing tools and case management software
