Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Officer to join our busy RCT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet the organisation's staffing needs. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to build relationships with candidates and the team. The Recruitment Officer will play a crucial role in enhancing our employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Duties
Selecting ideal and suitable candidates from our advertising platform, contacting and arranging invitations for interviews.
Conducting interviews, giving the candidates a good understanding of the role applied for and of the Q Care on boarding process.
Giving feedback and raise any concerns from interviews to the line manager.
Ensuring all documentation have been obtained/completed before sending to the recruitment team for processing.
To investigate and action where appropriate all ‘initiatives’ highlighted from Job Centers etc in the recruitment and training of employees.
Maintaining applicant database by overseeing the recording and tracking of job applicants and feeding this information back to the branch.
Conversing with recruitment manager on monthly job advertisements.
Work Closely with the Branch to ensure that the staffing requirements for the office is on track.
To maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job and participate in appropriate training activities.
Everyday filing.
Maintain client, staff and company confidentiality.
Communicate and record any problems arising to line manager.
Any other duties / tasks as requested by line manager.
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
Proven experience in recruitment would be an advantage
Excellent relationship management skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and an eagerness to learn new tools and methodologies within the recruitment landscape.
