What You’ll Be Doing:
• Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with EHCPs or additional needs
• Supporting children with ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties or SEMH challenges
• Assisting with personalised interventions and adapted classroom resources
• Encouraging social skills, independence, and emotional regulation
• Working collaboratively with teaching staff and the SENCO to monitor progress
• Contributing to a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant for This Waltham Forest School:
• Graduate or experienced TA passionate about supporting children with SEN
