Experience Required: At least 1 year (voluntary or paid) in an SEN or education support role

In this role, you'll provide one-on-one support to a student with autism and communication needs. Working closely with teaching and specialist staff, your focus will be on helping the pupil engage with learning, develop key life skills, and build their confidence in a supportive and structured environment.
