This is more than the usual HR role. As a strategic partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver workforce strategies that drive service excellence, build organisational capability, and future-proof our workforce. You’ll be a trusted advisor, a change enabler, and a champion of our values: Pride, Passion, People, and Personal Responsibility.

About You

You’ll be a credible and curious HR professional with a strong track record in organisational development, employee engagement, and strategic workforce planning. You’ll bring:

  • Good employment law knowledge taking personal responsibility to keep up to date with employment matters.
  • Passion, knowledge and experience in order to deliver high-quality advice, guidance and coaching to managers and leaders.
  • The ability to develop and nurture effective working relationships to influence and support management teams on the development and delivery of their people plans.
  • A collaborative, values-driven approach with the ability to influence, challenge, and inspire.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful insight.
  • A desire to develop people and create a culture where everyone can thrive.


About the Role

As a strategic partner the role will work with directorates in close alignment with managers and leaders to support transformation through innovative change management, service redesign, and co-design methodologies. Embedding our people plans across directorates, aligning these with service outcomes. Using insight and data to inform strategic decisions and mitigate people-related risks whilst supporting the services managing a varied employee relations caseload. All whilst creating a learning culture by coaching and empowering managers to lead with confidence, clarity, and compassion.
