Summary
We are pleased to be able to offer an opportunity for the position of Reward Business Partner, working within the Human Resources, Reward, Wellbeing and People Analytics team for a period of up to 12 months.

As one of the three pillars of the Reward, Wellbeing, and People Analytics team, the Reward Business Partner plays a crucial role within the Reward function, contributing to a highly effective and customer-focused central service environment..
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a specialist within the HR team, partnering with the University and the wider HR team to provide Reward advice, support, and data for the cost-effective management and administration of employee compensation and benefits.
- Ensure Reward processes and methodologies are fit for purpose, sustainable, and applied consistently and fairly.
- Lead participation in key Reward surveys.
- Prepare reports to inform key business decisions with market intelligence.
- Manage the annual Benefits calendar.
- Collaborate closely with the Associate Director - Reward, Wellbeing, and People Analytics on various Reward projects.
This is a fixed term opportunity of upto12 months
