Summary

We are pleased to be able to offer an opportunity for the position of Reward Business Partner, working within the Human Resources, Reward, Wellbeing and People Analytics team for a period of up to 12 months.

This, in turn, enables our colleagues to focus on providing an exceptional experience for our students at the University of Salford.

As one of the three pillars of the Reward, Wellbeing, and People Analytics team, the Reward Business Partner plays a crucial role within the Reward function, contributing to a highly effective and customer-focused central service environment..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a specialist within the HR team, partnering with the University and the wider HR team to provide Reward advice, support, and data for the cost-effective management and administration of employee compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure Reward processes and methodologies are fit for purpose, sustainable, and applied consistently and fairly.
  • Lead participation in key Reward surveys.
  • Prepare reports to inform key business decisions with market intelligence.
  • Manage the annual Benefits calendar.
  • Collaborate closely with the Associate Director - Reward, Wellbeing, and People Analytics on various Reward projects.

This is a fixed term opportunity of upto12 months
