Summary
Turners (Soham) Ltd is the UK’s largest privately owned Transport Company. We are looking to recruit a Nightshift Gatehouse Operative working within the Traffic Department based in Newmarket.
The role involves:
• Control arrivals and departures to and from the site.
• Accurately record data in our internal computer system.
• Ensure procedures are followed by employees and visitors.
• Checks of driver paperwork and fridge temperatures.
The ideal candidate will be:
• Computer literate
• Be able work under own initiative
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to deal with challenging situations in a professional manner
• Be able to work well under pressure.
Shift pattern – 4 nights on 4 nights off.
Salary: Night shift £27000 - £30000 D.O.E.
