Summary
We’re looking for a proactive Operations Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring that both new starters and existing colleagues receive the training they need to succeed in their roles. You’ll design and deliver effective, engaging training across a range of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality training to new and existing team members within the Operations department
Proactively identify training and development needs through observation, feedback, and performance trends
Support the design and delivery of engaging, effective, and role-specific training sessions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records in line with compliance and operational requirements
Develop and manage a comprehensive training schedule to ensure timely and consistent delivery
Regularly review and update training materials to reflect changes in systems, processes, or business needs
Skills and Experience required:
A minimum of 1 year’s experience delivering training, ideally within a Customer Service or similar operational environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and present clearly to a variety of audiences
Ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels within the organisation
Skilled in designing and developing training content and supporting materials
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Must be able to display the Acorn Values
