Summary
The role involves managing teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, maintaining client satisfaction, and driving business growth. A key responsibility is to lead and coordinate the efforts of consultants, analysts, technical staff, and support personnel to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational standards. The Practice Manager develops and implements operational procedures, monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations. They play a strategic role in resource planning, team development, and talent management, including hiring, mentoring, performance reviews, and professional development.
In addition, the Practice Manager collaborates with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities, create proposals, participate in client pitches, and define service offerings. They are expected to maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact for escalations and ensuring ongoing satisfaction through effective communication, service delivery, and value demonstration. Financial oversight is also a core aspect of the role, including budget management, forecasting, revenue tracking, and cost control to ensure profitability of the practice.
