Joining us as a Customer Operational Planning Manager
As the driving force behind our Operational Planning department, the Customer Operational Planning Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our field scaling and desk teams—ensuring we consistently meet and exceed our connection goals.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
Strategic Resource Planning: Lead and manage field and desk resource allocation to meet critical SLAs including First Available Date, Customer Commitment Date, and Repair timelines, ensuring cost control
Operational Scaling & Forecasting: Translate commercial forecasts into actionable installation, repair, and fallout plans; scale operations from 1,000 to 4,500 daily connections while maintaining service quality
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments and external suppliers to drive performance improvements using data-driven insights and operational intelligence
Leadership & Engagement: Deliver high employee engagement through effective leadership, while overseeing direct reports including Planning Managers and Specialists
What you’ll bring to the role
As a proven strategic leader with a strong track record of guiding people, processes, and systems to deliver impactful operational outcomes.
You’ll also have:
Proven strategic leadership in operational planning, workforce management, and systems transformation
Expertise in demand planning, CRM transformation, and supply chain coordination across internal and external stakeholders
Advanced data analysis skills for decision-making and performance optimisation
Experience in implementing new product service standards and operational frameworks supporting large-scale growth
