Summary
We are looking for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Rainbow Corner Loseley Fields. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting children's learning through engaging activities tailored to their individual interests. Your contributions will help foster an inclusive and nurturing atmosphere where every child can thrive.
Responsibilities
Support children's learning through both adult and child-initiated play.
Create a safe and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and growth.
Implement In the Moment Planning (ITMP) to facilitate free-flow activities in designated areas.
Work closely with parents to establish starting points for each child’s development.
Monitor and track children's progress through focus weeks and share insights with parents.
Encourage children to develop resilience, confidence, and social skills in group settings.
